About
A publication and a practice platform.
Two things live here: an editorial explanation of ontological coaching, and a private platform where coaches and coachees do the work that surrounds the conversation.
Ontological coaching draws on a tradition of thinking about language, emotion, the body and human action. It is practised worldwide, in many schools and vocabularies, by coaches who share one orientation: work with the observer, not only the behaviour.
This site exists because that orientation is widely misunderstood — often reduced to advice with better questions. The intention is to describe it plainly, without mystification and without promising transformation as a product.
The platform came second. It was built for the part of coaching that usually goes unsupported: preparation, reflection, commitments, and the honest study of one's own craft over time.

Commitments
How this is written and built.
Category, not personality
This is a place to understand ontological coaching as a discipline. It is not organised around a single practitioner, credential or method brand.
Restraint over persuasion
No urgency, no testimonials manufactured for effect, no claims that cannot be examined. If something is uncertain, it is written as uncertain.
Craft in the software
The platform is built to protect reflection: private by default, quiet by design, and free of anything that rewards activity over depth.
