Privacy

Confidentiality as architecture.

Coaching depends on candour, and candour depends on knowing where words go. This is a plain summary of how material is held.

What is held

Session records, reflections written by coachees, commitments, and notes a coach keeps for their own preparation. Nothing else is collected for its own sake.

Who can see it

Access is separated by role. A coachee sees their own material. A coach sees only the coachees they work with. Private coach notes remain private to the coach.

How it is used

To support the coaching relationship and the coach's own development. Material is never used to diagnose, label or profile a person.

Your control

Coachees may ask for their material to be exported or removed. Recording a conversation always requires consent, given in advance and revocable.

This summary describes intent and practice. It is not legal advice, and it does not replace any agreement made directly between a coach and a coachee.
