For Coaches
A deeper way to practise coaching.
Coaching is one of the few professions where the instrument and the practitioner are the same thing. Developing the practice means developing the observer who conducts it.
Most coaches leave a session with a strong sense of how it went and very little material to test that sense against. Reflection becomes memory, and memory is generous with us.
This platform exists to give a professional practice something to reflect on: preparation held in one place, sessions recorded with the coachee's consent, and a structured way of reviewing the conversation afterwards without turning it into a score.
It is deliberately not a competency assessment. Feedback is developmental, phrased as possibility rather than verdict, and always traceable to what was actually said.
What emerges over months is a picture of your own coaching — the questions you reach for under pressure, the moments you tend to move past, the kinds of silence you can hold.
The work of practising
Six habits the platform supports.
Prepare
Arrive with the whole relationship in view rather than a memory of the last hour — what was committed to, what was left open, what the coachee said mattered.
Capture
Hold what actually happened in the conversation, in the coachee's own language, so that later reflection works from evidence and not from impression.
Reflect
Look at your own contribution with the same rigour you bring to the coachee's. Which interventions created movement, and which merely sounded competent?
Review patterns
Across sessions, themes surface that no single conversation reveals: a recurring mood, a repeated sentence, a commitment that keeps being renegotiated.
Turning points
Return to the moments where the coachee hesitated, contradicted themselves, named an emotion or touched identity — and study what you did next.
Missed openings
Notice the doors that were passed: a word left unexplored, a feeling unacknowledged, a silence rescued too quickly. Craft, not failure.
